Facebook, Youtube at Work make Better Employees.

To start this day at the office I always browse the Reuters site and I found this article titled " Facebook, Youtube at work make better employees: study. I can't believed it until I read it. According to an Australian study that even surfing the Internet for fun during office hours increases productivity of the said employee.

Brent Coker, from the department of management and marketing, said "Short and unobtrusive breaks, such as a quick surf of the Internet, enables the mind to rest itself, leading to a higher total net concentration for a days' work, and as a result, increased productivity."

I'm agree to Brent Coker, because for me when I'm surfing the net I always look for the unique thing to learn or happening around the world while in the office hours.

But Coker added, "Those who behave with Internet addiction tendencies will have a lower productivity than those without. Because Coker said the study looked at people who browsed in moderately on the Internet for less than 20 percent of their total time in the office.

But the most important to all, making more productivity in the office makes our career grow but only to those company with an employee concern. I repeat, ONLY TO THOSE COMPANY WITH AN EMPLOYEE TRUE CONCERN.
